What does your project do?
Who are you helping, how many and how?
How many staff and volunteers do you have?
Who is your management committee?
What statutory and voluntary organisation do you have links with?
How much money do you need? [e.g. a contribution of £X towards a total budget of £Y].
What do you need the money for?
When do you need the funds?
Have you applied to other sources, including trusts? - If so give details and outcomes.
Is this a one off grant or are you expecting our support on an annual basis?
What % of each of your £’s donated goes to your projects?
